Principle Overview The raw water enters the filter body through the water inlet and is filtered through the filter screen. Particulate impurities are trapped on the inner surface of the filter screen, and the filtered water flows out from the water outlet. Self cleaning mode can be started by pressure difference, timing, or manual mode, following the principle of pressure difference priority. When the pressure difference (P) between the inside and outside of the filter reaches the set value, start the self-cleaning mode. The hydraulic valve on the drain pipe opens, creating a negative pressure on the inside of the suction nozzle of the suction scanner to absorb impurities. At the same time, the suction scanner performs a spiral reciprocating motion along the inner surface of the filter screen under hydraulic drive. Movement, no cleaning blind area, impurities discharged from the sewage outlet. The cleaning time of the self-cleaning filter is set in advance by the control system. After cleaning, the blowdown valve is closed, and the water consumption during the entire cleaning process is minimal.
